	November 1997		Advertisement of the positions and selection of the construction planning group, the architects and the supervisor
	April 1998		First layouts and concepts from the architects
	December 1998		Secure funding for construction and solve legal issues for use of the property
	August 1999		Received permissions for construction
	December 1999		Construction begins
	January 27th, 2000		Ground braking ceremony (see photo documentation)
